Okay, so maybe Do Revenge seems like a surprising pick for this list, but it is a coming-of-age comedy - albeit one that was inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s Strangers on a Train (1951). To celebrate LGBTQ+ Spirit Day, we’re spotlighting 16 queer coming-of-age shows and movies to add to your must-watch queue. But Heartstopper isn’t the only coming-of-age show or movie that centers LGBTQ+ characters and allows them the novelty of happiness.
